The provincial branches of the NWGA (especially KwaZulu Natal and Free State) hold regional meetings early in the year.  During 2012, the KwaZulu Natal area branch will be visiting the towns of Vryheid, Utrecht, Elandslaagte, Mooirivier and  Swartberg.  The Eastern Free State towns of Vrede, Reitz, Eeram and Senekal will also be included in the regional meetings.
